Jasmine Harper scored 10 of her 16 points in the second half as University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown defeated the University of Charleston women's basketball team 67-50 Tuesday in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
The Mountain Cats shot 55 percent from the field, including 8 of 12 from behind the 3-point arc.
Harper tacked on seven rebounds, while Ana Hollen recorded 12 points and four assists and Kayla DeCriscio added 11 points for Pitt-Johnstown.
Chyress Lockhart led the Golden Eagles (3-7) with 17 points and five assists, while Kiara Johnson fired in 14 points and grabbed seven boards.

MARSHALL SWIMMING: Sirena Rowe, a senior at East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, has signed a national letter of intent to swim at Marshall University.
Rowe swims for Mark Dell at North Mecklenburg Aquatics and recently competed at the 2015 Winter Junior National Championships, where she recorded a personal-best 23.33 in the 50-yard freestyle.
