Concord University head football coach Garin Justice has accepted the offensive line coaching position at Florida Atlantic University on Charlie Partridge’s staff.
Justice departs Concord after posting a record of 40-17 in five seasons with the Mountain Lions. Justice accumulated the fifth-most wins in program history and had the third-best winning percentage among qualified coaches.
Justice led the Mountain Lions to two conference championships, one in 2011, his rookie head coaching campaign, and again in 2014.
After claiming the Mountain East Conference Championship in 2014, Concord made the NCAA playoffs and made a run to the national semifinals under Justice’s guidance. Along the way, Concord won its first two playoff games in program history and also claimed the Super Region One crown.
