After the Golden Eagles tied it on the bottom of the second, AB answered with four consecutive runs to pull away.
An eighth-inning UC rally plated two runs before AB pitcher Trent Shaw closed out the final 2 2/3 innings.
Tyler Shreve took the loss for UC, tossing 6 1/3 innings while allowing seven hits and five earned runs.
